I need a full refund for my meals. The gel packs ruptured, and now the lids are peeling up, and some gel stuff is all over the meals.

Received damaged first order. Packages were opened and I was not able to eat. I would like a credit for the order or a replacement.

The ice bags ruptured and all the tops on the meals are soaked with the gel. The meals are unable to be served to anyone.

I need Cook Unity info to decide if Im a candidate for obtaining Cook Unity services. Ive read positive things about Cook Unity food services.

I questioned the address on the confirmation and was assured by the Customer Service Rep that I talked to and she assured me delivery was to my address. It was delivered to the wrong street. What are you doing to fix it?
